Deposits: Are NON REFUNDABLE ( if Buyer backs out)
1. Unborn Reserve: $100.00
2. Born Kid/ ADult: Half the purchase price
FINALE PAYMENT MUST BE PAID IN FULL VIA CASH OR CHECK ( check
must clear bank)  BEFORE ANY ANIMAL LEAVES THE FARM!!!
The above deposit will hold said Born kid/adult for 30 days of purchase or agreed upon
arrangement; for unborn kids :
Bottle babies can be picked up at 2 weeks old or if being shipped 8 weeks
Dam raised doelings 12 wk old
Dam raised bucklings & wethers 8 wks old
If Buyer does not pick up on agreed upon date you will be charged $2.50 a day
boarding fee. If 30 days past pick up date Buyer looses deposit and said animal will be
put back up for sale. If pairing of choice for unborns does not produce what Buyer is
wanting Buyer has right to a return of deposit or deposit can be Applied, if possible,
to another doe of choice at new does  reserve kidding price.
All will have been disbudded, 1st worming, raised on Coccidio prevention, tattoed,
banded, and 1st hoof trimming before leaving farm.
BUYER is responsible for all Costs:
Air transport
Kennel
Health certificate plus gas fee and vet visit fee
Any extra tests your state might require
$20.00 gas fee to transport to airport
If Buyer wants to pick up can meet within an hour to 2 hrs drive but it would have to
be on a day that's convient for me of course you would have to pay fuel!!

Purchasing MY Babies:
La P'tit Colline / Tammie DeHart retains the right to:
Issue doe service only memo's only on pregnant does. I want to be the judge as to what
bucklings remain in tact when carring my Herd name.
To cancel the sale at any time prior to pick-up. Should  the need arise to do this
Buyer will be givin proper notice before doing so. Buyer at that time can receive a full
refund of any monies paid toward said animal or money can be transfered to another
animal of equal value.
All our goats are tested annually for CAE, CL & Johnes. However WE DO NOT
GUARANTEE our goats are CAE FREE or are free from any other diseases. WE  
also  DO NOT GUARANTEE  seize, height, color, milking ability, show quality,
and that our boys won't have partial horns (truthfully I suck at burning horns on
Bucklings).
A purchaser has the right to a full veterinary examination at his/her expense on any
animals to be purchased. We are not responsible for the health of any animal
purchased from us beyond 24 hours from the time it leaves the farm, under most
circumstances. Should we be presented with a Vet’s official statement that the animal
in question had a congenital, or another underlying condition prior to transfer, we will
do we can to reach a satisfactory outcome for all parties. We will not claim
responsibility for illness, damage or death as a result of shipping. Accidents happen.
Deposits must be received as soon as possible to hold or reserve said animal/kidding of
choice. First Come First served!
By sending in a deposit are down payment Buyer agrees to, and is bound by the terms
and conditions laid out on this page.
